  1. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

  17. INSTALLATION

  19. Insert the CD-ROM into your CD-ROM drive and go to File Manager 
  20. (located in the Main Program Group).  Click on the icon that represents 
  21. your CD-ROM drive (generally your "D" or "E" drive).  Double-click on 
  22. Setup.exe.  The installer will ask you to click on the programs 
  23. you wish to install.  We recommend all of them.

  25. The installer will create a Program Group called "Big Top" with an icon 
  26. for each program you've installed.  For each product you install the 
  27. setup program will also install the electronic manual for that product.

  29. After the installer installs the selected programs, it will install 
  30. Adobe Acrobat Reader, which will allow you to read the electronic 
  31. versions of our manuals.

  36. Hello Kitty Big Fun Deluxe can run off the CD or off the hard drive.  
  37. If you run off the CD only, 1.5MB of support files will be installed onto 
  38. your computer.  Performance will improve if you choose to run off the 
  39. hard drive, but you will still need the CD in the drive in order to 
  40. play.  Running off the hard drive requires 36MB of hard disk space.

  42. Big Top's Cartoon Toolbox can be run off the CD or off the hard drive.  
  43. If you run off the CD, only 5MB of support files will be installed onto 
  44. your computer.  Performance will improve if you choose to run off the 
  45. hard drive, but the CD will still need to be in the CD-ROM drive in 
  46. order to play.  Running off the hard drive requires 50MB of hard disk 
  47. space.

  49. Keroppi Day Hopper runs off the hard drive and does not require the
  50. CD after installation.  You must use the CD, however, to read the 
  51. Keroppi manual or to play the Demo.  Keroppi Day Hopper requires 7MB of 
  52. hard disk space.

  87. Hello Kitty Big Fun Deluxe
  88. If you have a color printer, you can now print in color in the Art 
  89. Module.  Simply hold down the ALT key while clicking on the printer 
  90. icon.  The Art Module now also allows you to erase the black lines of 
  91. the canvas by holding down the ALT key after selecting the eraser.  
  92. You will notice that your eraser cursor changes.

  95. You will notice that the cartoons you export to give to your friends 
  96. are quite large in file size.  This is because they contain all of the 
  97. sounds and art of your cartoon.  But if your friend also has the 
  98. Cartoon Toolbox, you won't need to do a full export because there is 
  99. now The Cartoon Transformer.  If you want to give a cartoon to a 
  100. friend, or upload the cartoon to Big Top's Home Page on The World Wide 
  101. Web (www.Bigtop.com), just export the cartoon using Transfrm.exe, 
  102. located in the FCT directory.  Instead of an exported cartoon of two 
  103. to three megabytes, your "transformed" cartoon may only be 60 to 120k.
